About Us
Named after Samuel Kingsford, whose historic flour mill in 1833 inspired the street’s name, Samuels on Mill merges rich heritage with contemporary flair. Under the guidance of Chef Chad Miskiewicz, a culinary innovator since 1998, the restaurant serves a menu that evolves with the seasons, reflecting the diverse landscapes of Western Australia. Guests will savour dishes crafted from the freshest local ingredients, including Baldivis tomatoes, Shark Bay scallops, Treeton Farm beef, and Linley Valley pork.
The wine list is a treasure trove of both local and international selections, offering something for every palate.
