About Us
Named in honour of Samuel Kingsford, whose flour mill, established on this site in 1833, inspired the naming of Mill Street, Samuels on Mill seamlessly blends rich local heritage with modern flair. Under the leadership of Chef Chad Miskiewicz, a culinary innovator since 1998, the menu evolves with the seasons, showcasing the diverse landscapes and flavours of Western Australia. Savour dishes crafted from the freshest local ingredients, including Baldivis tomatoes, Shark Bay scallops, Treeton Farm beef, and Linley Valley pork. Celebrating the state’s natural bounty, Samuels on Mill partners with local farmers and producers to create dishes that are both eco-conscious and authentically Western Australian.
