Samuels on Mill is a contemporary brasserie and bar in the heart of Perth CBD, where the rhythm of Western Australia sets the tone.

Led by Head Chef Albert Liusanto, the menu follows the seasons – championing local produce from coast to outback. From Shark Bay scallops to Treeton Farm beef, every dish is a tribute to the people and places that make WA unique.

The space blends rich local heritage with modern edge. Bold architecture, moody lighting, and the soft clink of glassware set the stage for long lunches, wine-led dinners, and late-night Negronis. Christmas & New Year's Eve

Santa’s been in the kitchen, and he’s cooked up an some epic dishes for festive season.

Christmas Day Lunch: Enjoy all the festive flavours, from turkey to Christmas pudding, Samuels style. Pair our set menu with three-hour free-flow drinks from 12–3pm, and you’ve got yourself a Christmas day set for the memory books.
